Cushman Wakefield / Pyramid Brokerage Company is pleased to announce that Hudson Valley’s Director of Sales, John Coladonato, has closed yet another transaction in Monroe, NY.

“The multi-tenanted building located at 1 Freeland Street has been sold and will become the site for a bank,” said Coladonato. “Positioned at one of Monroe’s main intersections, it’s always been a great location for businesses and, coincidentally, was the home of my former real estate brokerage firm for 13 years.”   All the tenants in the building have been relocated to other locations in the Village in preparation for converting the building to its new use. The ±4,700 SF building on .25 acres sold for $750,000.

Throughout his career in real estate, Coladonato has closed on a commercial sales volume of ±$50 million in just Monroe alone.
