Newburgh, NY - Coleman & Malone of Hudson Valley sell large Industrial site for $2.75 million

Brian J. Coleman, Associate Broker and sales agent Peter H. Malone of Cushman & Wakefield /Pyramid Brokerage Company’s Hudson Valley office brokered the sale of ±35,700 SF industrial property at 18 Route 17K in the Town of Newburgh, NY. The ±97 acre site, owned by Manheim Remarketing, Inc. was sold to 18 Route 17K, LLC for $2,750,000. Manheim Remarketing has leased back and will continue to use a portion of the paved parking area for vehicle storage.

The new owner has engaged the services of Pyramid Brokerage Company as the exclusive broker to lease both the existing building and several acres of paved surface parking area. The building features 8 drive through lanes with 12’ and 14’ overhead doors allowing vehicles to enter one side of the building and exit the other. The property is less than 1 mile to the entrance of I-84 and I-87 and is within a one hour drive to the George Washington Bridge allowing easy access to the largest metropolitan area in the United States.
