This 44,000 ± square foot building, formerly occupied by Dayton Rogers Corporation, specialized in metal forming solutions including metal stamping, metal fabrication, and engineering support, was occupied until the winter of 2015, when they consolidated their operations. The property is situated at the end of Fedex Way on a 5.5 acre parcel.
The buyer, Deli-Boy, located in Syracuse, NY, is one of the most successful food suppliers in central New York servicing restaurants, grocery chains and convenient stores.
