Steve Perfit of Pyramid Hudson Valley Sells new site for New Paltz Brewing Company

Ulster County, NY –New Paltz Brewing Company has just purchased and plans to relocate its headquarters to a larger 3,000 SF warehouse at 7174 Route 209 in Wawarsing, NY. The brewery, which brews Old World style beers and sells bottles and kegs, originally started its enterprise with a small farm stand in Ulster Park last year, but its production has been limited by space. With the additional room and more equipment at the newly purchased Ulster County property, that should change. Still awaiting final approvals from town, state and federal officials, the owner expects to begin brewing at the new site within a few weeks.
The 3,000 SF commercial building located on a half-acre property was sold by Stephen J. Perfit, CCIM, SIOR, Associate Real Estate Broker with Cushman & Wakefield / Pyramid Brokerage’s Hudson Valley office.
