Syracuse, NY: Clark, Carnie and Colucci of Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Company broker the sale of the State Office Building, Syracuse, NY

Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Company is proud to announce the successful negotiation of the sale of The State Tower Building at 109 South Warren Street in Syracuse NY.

John L. Clark SIOR, CRE, David Carnie and William Colucci of Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Company represented the Seller, State Tower Associates of Syracuse, LLC in the transaction.

In an effort to bring the building to market, Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Company was appointed as Managing Agent and Exclusive Broker in 2014 by the majority owners, the New Jersey based Kushner Company, who have been involved with the asset for over 20 years.

Numerous offers were procured during an extensive nation-wide marketing effort. In the end, it was the locally owned Pioneer Group, whose offer was accepted.

The tallest building in Onondaga County, the State Tower Building will anchor the north end of the Central Business District, complementing the recent Hotel Syracuse renovation solidifying the Southern boundary of downtown.
