Associate Real Estate Broker
Gregory O’Loughlin joined Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Company in 2019 as an Associate Real Estate Broker. Prior to joining Pyramid Brokerage, Gregory spent 10 years investing in distressed real estate and 18 years working at top tier Wall Street investment banks and a hedge fund. He has held a number of senior management positions in the investment banking industry including group head of convertible bonds and head of trading in capital structure arbitrage.
Gregory specializes in investment properties including multi-family apartments and mixed-use buildings in the Hudson Valley region. He utilizes the extensive national market research analytics from Cushman & Wakefield along with Pyramid Brokerage’s local market expertise with his proprietary database to customize each client’s needs.
Gregory earned a Master’s in Real Estate Finance from New York University’s Schack Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Providence College. He is a member of the Asia Society and Japan Society.
