Guy Blake joined Pyramid Brokerage Company in 2008 after 10 years as Vice President with Upstate Commercial Group, where he sold and leased commercial and investment properties.
Guy’s primary focus is in investment properties, such as apartments, mobile home parks, net leased retail, and self-storage facilities. He is a member of the Argus Self-Storage Sales network. Since joining Pyramid Brokerage in 2008, Guy has completed transactions into 2016 totaling more than 723,000 square feet with a leasing/sales volume in excess of $32 million.
Some of Guy’s notable clients include: Dollar General, Sherwin Williams, Craft Beer Guild, That Storage Place, Lexington Realty Trust, First Winthrop, Woodward Family Trust and The Rosen Group.
Guy has a BS Degree in Business Administration from New England College. He also completed the CCIM program and has been a CCIM designee since 2003. Guy is an officer of New York State Commercial Association of Realtors (NYSCAR) and currently holds the position of Vice President.
