John “Johnny C” Coladonato joined Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Company in 2009 after a 16 year sales career as Manager, and frequent Top Producer, with a local real estate brokerage firm in Orange County, NY.
Prior to his extensive career in real estate, John was a successful and well-respected General Sales Manager with a local Chrysler Corporation dealership, earning prestigious recognitions in the automobile industry from the Professional Sales Society and Sales Managers Society.
John’s primary focus is in Retail leasing and sales, representing local, regional and national clients and customers. Since joining Pyramid Brokerage, he has completed lease and sales transactions into 2016 totaling nearly 335,000 square feet with a leasing/sales volume in excess of $30 million. John is known for his tireless efforts and creativity to bring a deal together and a transaction to conclusion.
