Cory LaDuke joined Cushman Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Company in September of 2015. Prior to joining the team at Pyramid, Cory worked in finance at Lockheed Martin and Excellus BlueCross BlueShield, two of Central New York’s prominent companies. Cory’s passion for buildings, entrepreneurism, and economic development drove him to leave corporate finance and join the commercial real estate industry. He is actively involved in both the Office and Industrial Councils internally and volunteers as the Chair of the CenterState CEO Ambassadors Committee. He works with tenants, landlords, buyers, sellers, and investors

During his early years with Cushman & Wakefield / Pyramid Brokerage Company, Cory has had the privilege to work with a great combination of local, regional and national companies such as G & L Davis Meat Company, CABVI Industries – Syracuse, Anchor QEA, Breakaway Transport, Citizens Bank, Adecco Staffing, Sensory Technologies, Rentokil North America, Café Kubal and many more. He has also had the honor of working with many high-class assets in the Syracuse market such as One Park Place, Deys Plaza, Pike Block, Thruway Office Building among others.

Cory graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. John Fisher College in May of 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, along with Minors in Business Management and Statistics. His primary focus will continue to be leading his clients in achieving their real estate goals year in and year out.

  • Represented Tenant Universal Windows in office lease at Penn Can Business Park, N. Syracuse, NY
  • Represented Tenant AM Contracting in office lease at Thruway Office Building, Liverpool, NY
  • Represented CABVI Industries in the purchase of a 66,000 SF industrial building at 6050 Court Street Road, Syracuse, NY
  • Represented Tenant, Sensory Technologies in leasing 2,500 SF of office space at 106 Dwight Park Drive, Syracuse, NY
  • Represented Landlord LNR in leasing 13,800 Sf of office space to CHA Consulting, Inc. at 300 South State Street, Syracuse, NY
