Cory LaDuke joined Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Company in September of 2015. Prior to joining the team at Pyramid, Cory worked in finance at Lockheed Martin and Excellus BlueCross BlueShield. Cory’s passion for properties, entrepreneurism, and economic development drove him to leave corporate finance and join the commercial real estate industry. He is actively involved in both the Office and Industrial Councils internally and volunteers with the CenterState CEO Ambassadors Committee, the Central Association for the Blind & Visually Impaired and The First Tee of Syracuse. Mr. LaDuke facilitates both leases and sales for his clients throughout Upstate New York.

During his early years with Cushman & Wakefield / Pyramid Brokerage Company, Cory has had the privilege to work with many local, regional and national companies such as G & L Davis Meat Company, CABVI Industries – Syracuse, Anchor QEA, Breakaway Transport, Citizens Bank, Adecco Staffing, Sensory Technologies, Rentokil North America, Café Kubal, Propel Pharmacy, BAE Systems, Peraton and many more. He has also had the honor of working with many high-class assets in the Syracuse market such as One Park Place, Deys Plaza, Pike Block and the Thruway Office Building among others.

Cory graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. John Fisher College in May of 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, along with Minors in Business Management and Statistics. His focus continues to be assisting users and owners of office and industrial properties throughout Upstate New York.
