Todd & Farrington completed the sale of 25 East Buffalo Street in Churchville, NY, the former Churchville fire station to Pipitone Enterprises. This Churchville village location will be home to Pipitone’s new headquarters. Pipitone Enterprises, a heating systems repair & maintenance company, plans to renovate the building to house their new offices. Pipitone Enterprises has been in business since 2003.
