Development Site in Watertown Sold by William Colucci

Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Company is pleased to announce the sale of 20485 Route 3 in Watertown, New York. William Colucci of Pyramid Brokerage Company’s Syracuse office worked with Cushman & Wakefield | Grant Street Associates to complete the deal. The one-acre parcel was sold to SeaComm Federal Credit Union for $1.1 million.
