As a commercial real estate agent with the largest commercial brokerage firm in upstate New York, you’ll be a member of an organization structured to help you succeed. You’ll have flexible working hours, access to continuing education, networking opportunities and administrative, data and marketing staff as support. Health insurance is also available.
Our agents range in age from their twenties through eighties. Some have started from scratch, others changed careers. In fact, some of Pyramid’s most successful agents come from the restaurant and medical industries, local government and the corporate world.
A commercial real estate career is age-proof. If you’ve got the drive, you can sell or lease real estate at any age for as long as you want. But, a career in commercial real estate is about more than selling buildings and leasing space. It's about helping local businesses and shaping the future of your community. Send us your resume, give us a call or apply online at Indeed (account required).

What Commercial Real Estate Agents Do
Real estate agents work with clients to buy, sell and lease properties. Agents act on behalf of their clients and the brokerage firm they work for and must adhere to the highest ethical and performance standards.
If representing the seller or landlord, you’re responsible for marketing strategy and finding buyers and/or tenants. If you represent buyers or tenants, you’ll assess their needs, and research the market to find suitable properties. For both, you’ll negotiate terms, assist in contract/lease reviews and provide guidance for clients regarding due diligence and other elements of the process.
