The daily workload of our property management team has increased dramatically. Pyramid currently manages over 3,900,000 SF of commercial space throughout the Northeast region. This includes, industrial, retail, office and medical facilities all with their own rapidly changing requirements.

While some buildings and operations have closed temporarily, others such as grocery stores and medical facilities face unique new challenges. Different hours and staffing, major changes in the logistic and supply chain, increased focus on cleaning and staff awareness.

Closed buildings offer their own new challenges including alarm responses, vigilant and increased property inspections, utility monitoring, controlled entry, increased reporting and communication with landlords and tenants.

Additional communication with public safety officers and regulatory agencies is also paramount during this type of event.

Pyramid Property Management Service is working tirelessly in all these area. Team members including physical property management, tenant and landlord relations and accounting are all working towards the same goal of “the highest possible service during one of the most challenging times in the real estate industry.”

Rest assure we are on the job and working closely with all stakeholders during this time. We are all in this together!
