Commercial Capital Training Group Inks Lease at 66 South Pearl Street, Albany

Commercial Capital Training Group, one of the largest finance training companies in the industry, has leased the entire 10th floor at 66 South Pearl Street consisting of over 13,600SF for its new Headquarters. This transaction represents both a relocation and expansion for Commercial Capital who will be moving from 90 State Street, Albany. Commercial Capital Training Group provides a loan broker training program founded on the desire to empower individuals to help businesses and real estate investors solve their capital challenges and in turn, improve lives and revitalize communities.
