Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Company announces Management Succession Plan in its Binghamton Office

Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Company is pleased to announce a management transition in its Binghamton office which serves the Southern Tier, including Ithaca, Corning and Elmira.
Maureen “Reenie” Wilson has been President of Pyramid Brokerage Company of Binghamton, Inc., since 2000 when Pyramid Brokerage Company merged with Robert Mead and Associates. Reenie has been in the commercial real estate business for 34 years and holds both the CCIM and the SIOR designations.
Reenie has completed some of the largest commercial real estate transactions in the Southern Tier and has handled a broad range of transactions including retail, office, industrial and investment.
Reenie has been past president of NYSCAR, Upstate NY CCIM and Upstate NY SIOR. She serves on numerous community boards and organizations.
Reenie graduated Magna Cum Laude from Bucknell and also holds a Master of Arts and MBA from Binghamton University.
Effective July 13, 2020, Reenie will transition to a new role and will become V.P. of Business Development. She will focus on expanding her extensive current relationships and developing new ones. She will also stay active on all the boards in which she participates and with all the volunteer organizations she has such a passion for.
Leo Jones, Associate Real Estate Broker and member of the Pyramid Brokerage Company Management Team, will become President of Pyramid Brokerage Company of Binghamton, Inc.
Leo has been with the company since 2000 when he also came to the company after the merger with Robert Mead and Associates. Leo handles a broad range of real estate transactions including retail, office, industrial and investment with a focus on medical office sales and leases. Leo has done some of the largest transactions across Upstate New York and Northern Pennsylvania. Leo has consistently performed at a high level. Leo has made the Chairman’s Club, which represents the top 5% of sales agents across the entire company, for the years 2002, 2003, 2009, 2015 and 2020.
Leo has a stellar reputation, both inside and outside the company. He is known for his extensive experience, expertise in all aspects of the business, his work ethic and his willingness to teach and mentor others.
Leo is a graduate of Wilkes University.
Bruce “Ethan” Cook joined Pyramid Brokerage Company in 2016. In his short time in the business, Ethan has excelled in the commercial real estate industry and has already completed a number of transactions.
Ethan is a natural leader. He has gained respect quickly and has taken on various leadership roles such as leading the overall company’s semi-annual industrial council meetings. He has a reputation for his work ethic, persistence, positive attitude and willingness to help others.
Ethan belongs to a number of organizations such as President of the Vestal Rotary, GHS, Federal Credit Union Advisory Board, United Way Emerging Leaders, Chairman, Ducks Unlimited and Business Network International.
“Ethan” will become a member of the overall company’s Management Team. He will focus on business development, recruiting, mentoring and supporting Leo.
Ethan is a graduate of Binghamton University, State University of NY School of Management with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
