Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Company Brokers Sale of Former Certo Distribution Facility in West Seneca, NY

Buffalo, NY - Richard J. Schechter, Associate Real Estate Broker for Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Company has announced that Worksport, Ltd (NASDAQ:WKSP), a Canadian company that manufacturers tonneau covers for truck beds, has purchased the former Certo Brothers Distribution Company complex located at 2500 North America Drive in the Town of West Seneca. The 152,847 SF building sits on 14 acres of land. Worksport paid $8.125 million for the facility and plans to shift its manufacturing operations from Yantian, China to the new location. The company will also shift some work currently done at its headquarters in Mississauga, Ontario, to the West Seneca location and plans to initially hire 16 workers locally. Worksport was represented by Eric Tudor, a principal broker with Tudor Collins Commercial Real Estate. Richard said it was a pleasure working with Eric throughout the process and both Richard and the Certo family wish Worksport well with the new acquisition.
