Cushman Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Company is pleased to announce that at our recent Annual Company Meeting, David L. Schiller, SIOR was named Salesperson of the Year for 2019 within the Buffalo office.

David represented clients in commercial real estate transactions valued at over $30,000,000 in 2019. He has completed transactions in major markets in upstate New York and throughout the United States.
David has been involved in some of most significant transactions in the company’s history. Recent Buffalo, NY transactions include sale of 110 Broadway, lease of 90,611 sq. ft. to an expanding national manufacturer with a local presence in the Buffalo area, sale of 899 Main Street, sale of 1195 Main Street, sale of 1110 Military Road, lease to a major local food processor, sale of 17 Beresford Court, sale of 25 Boxwood Lane and the sale of 59 John Glenn Drive.
David specializes in office and industrial leasing and sales, including tenant and buyer advocacy services. He has completed transactions in major markets in upstate New York and throughout the United States on behalf of his clients and in partnership with outstanding real estate professionals from Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid and with other brokerage firms throughout the United States and Canada.
Schiller is a member of the Global Board of Directors of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR), and is on the Board of Trustees for the SIOR Foundation which supports education and grants scholarships to students. He has been with Pyramid Brokerage Company for 22 years. David is a literacy volunteer in the Buffalo Schools, and is on the Board of Trustees for Temple Beth Tzedek in Amherst, NY.
