M&T Bank Leases 14,575 SF at Westage Business Center in Fishkill, NY - Hudson Valley

M&T Bank has successfully relocated its regional headquarters in Fishkill, NY. Robert Scherreik and Syreeta Gaynor of Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage’s Hudson Valley office represented M&T Bank on the negotiation of a 14,575 sq.ft. lease of prime office space at 300 Westage Business Center Drive, Fishkill, NY. Tom Cervone of CR Properties Group represented the Landlord.

With proximity to Interstate 84 and Route 52, the relocation was an ideal fit for M&T Bank. Earlier in 2022, Scherreik and Gaynor exclusively brokered and sold M&T Bank’s former regional headquarters, a 42,800 sq.ft. owner-occupied office building located on Route 52 in Fishkill, NY. The building was sold to Creodent, a dental laboratory, for $3.3 million.
