Pyramid’s Hudson Valley Office sells former Rosita’s Restaurant on the Kingston waterfront

Kingston, Ulster County, NY – Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Company’s Hudson Valley office recently sold the former Rosita’s Restaurant located in Kingston’s popular historic Rondout Landing waterfront area which is known for its dining, shopping, sightseeing, art, antiques and historical preservation. The 4,500 SF property, which includes 180 feet on the Rondout Creek with a walkway and boat slips, sold for $550,000. The sale was brokered by the team of Laurie Milano, Brian J. Coleman and Stephen J. Perfit, CCIM, SIOR.
