Teeing Off with Purpose: John Ticco III Plays 117 Holes to Support Oishei Children's Hospital

At Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Company, one of our core values is giving back to the communities where we live and work. We’re proud to recognize John Ticco III, SIOR, from our Buffalo office for his participation in the 117 Holes for Children’s charity golf event.

On May 27, 2025, John participated in the 6th annual golf marathon at Crag Burn Golf Club. Tee time began at 5:30 AM, and by sundown, he had played 117 holes, walked nearly 40 miles, and logged over 75,000 steps—all in support of John R. Oishei Children’s Hospital.

John personally raised $13,000, contributing to a total of over $800,000 raised through the event. Proceeds benefit the Patricia Allen Fund, which supports the hospital’s Critical Care teams serving mothers, babies, and children throughout Western New York.

This year marks John’s fourth consecutive appearance in the event, underscoring his steadfast commitment to community service. His dedication is a reflection of our company’s belief: We support the communities we serve and live in.

We extend our congratulations and gratitude to John for his dedication and for making a significant impact through this charitable endeavor.
